A group of 8 guys from St. Paul’s Leaskdale are heading to Mongolia January 1-11, 2018, to join a youth hockey program established by local Interserve staff. They have the opportunity to bring hockey equipment to share with the Mongolian youth. If you are interested in helping out with donations of hockey equipment, please see the list below:

In order of need (and in junior size except for helmets) new or GOOD used:

  • Neck guards
  • Junior pants
  • Junior gloves (no holes)
  • Junior elbow pads Any gloves (no holes)
  • Junior/Intermediate or adult righty sticks
  • Skates any size: greatest need Junior sizes (no need for senior over size 9)
  • Junior size shin guards
  • Large adult helmets (NO small helmets)
  • Duffel bags to carry the gear and leave in Mongolia

Equipment donations can be dropped off at the church during office hours. Monetary donations for the team can be made at SPL by indicating, ‘Hockey Mission Trip, Mongolia’.
