“Clap your hands all you nations;
Shout to God with cries of joy.
For the LORD Most High is awesome,
The great King over all the earth.”
The heart of God is for everyone. All the nations are his and they are all on his ‘Invite List.’ God so loves the world.
I read of an extra brutal winter in Mongolia recently that wiped out herds. Herding families lost everything. Amazingly, in one location, officials went to the Christians for help. The Christians were able to provide food and to fund the purchase of new animals so that families could get back on their feet. A year after the relief project finished it was learned that some locals called their new herds ‘Jesus animals’ and the families were referred to as ‘Jesus families.’
It is amazing when Christians start to love the world like Jesus loves the world.
God reigns over the nations;
God is seated on his holy throne.
The nobles of the nations assemble
As the people of the God of Abraham,
For the kings of the earth belong to God;
He is greatly exalted!
